I can’t say enough about the ladies at The Spa at Wellington. Since the very 1st time I walked into their spa, they made me feel like I was part of their little spa family. That’s truly what it’s like there. When you walk in, you automatically feel how much they welcome you into their “home away from home”. Each and everything I have had done since going has been even more amazing than I imagined. These women are so precise, they are artists and they are the absolute best!!! If you have ever thought about making an appointment, DO IT! Don’t give it another thought, just book that appointment!!! I can promise that you won’t regret it. They make you feel beautiful and they continue to make you feel beautiful inside and out.

I had such a wonderful experience with Peggy at The Spa at Wellington! She is incredibly personable and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Her facials are amazing — relaxing, refreshing, and my skin has never looked better. Peggy truly takes the time to understand your needs and gives personalized care. The spa is relaxing and decorated beautifully Ashley is very friendly and Dr Edgar is knowledgable and skilled Tara alway does my facials peels and derma planing She is the best!! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to the Spa at Wellington for over 10 years and always have a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I see Peggy monthly she and the rest of the staff go out of their way to take care of their clients. I highly recommend!

I’ve tried multiple skin spas in Lexington and Georgetown and Spa at Wellington is the best, hands down. They carry the ZO by Obagi brand of skin care which is the best I’ve found for aging skin (I’m 46 and have been using since 2018). I love that I’ve never been over injected here- just enough so age gracefully and have natural results. I’ve had facials and peels here as well and my skin responds well to the products that they use. Highly recommend!
